Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure transparency and avoid disputes, customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

The video must be continuous, without cuts or edits

The shipping label and sealed package must be visible

The video must clearly show the product, quantity, and condition
Important:
Return or refund requests will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
When Return or Refund Is Accepted
Return or refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
